Blooming teas, the symbol of the gentle decorative Chinese culture, are tiny pieces of art. Only perfect spring tea buds of best quality and tender leaves are tied by hand by skilled craftsmen around a “core” of delicate and coloured flowers, and dried in the shape of pearls and balls.
Once infused, the bulb opens and a tiny, perfect bouquet appears.
Steep until the tea flower has opened fully, usually 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to infuse them in hot water at 85° to enjoy a unique sight.
Each tea flower can be used for 400/500 cc of water and steeped up to 2 times.
Witnessing their flowering is a very exciting experience because they seem to come to life.

Necklace of flowers
A necklace of white flowers that floats into a light and golden infusion characterized by the marked flavour of jasmine.
Ingredients: Hunnan green tea, jasmine flowers.

Red Autumn
This little ball opens into a a crown of dark leaves with a delicate pink flower in the middle. An amber yellow infusion with a sweet and delicate taste enriched by toasted notes.
Ingredients: Fujian green tea, amaranth flowers.

Bouquet of flowers
Closed, it has the shape of a corn, but when it blossoms, a bunch of flowers appears right in the middle of the green leaves. This special tea is sweet and delicate, with yellow and golden reflections.
Ingredients: Fujian green tea, carnation flowers.
